«Call me by your name» is a movie based on a novel written by André Aciman. It’s about «remembering the past and indulging in the melancholy of lost things», as director Luca Guadagnino has said.

The CMBYN app is for the the fans who cannot stop thinking about Elio and Oliver, who replay certain scenes in their heads over and over and who listen to the soundtrack. The fans who google the locations and read the book after they saw the film, only to want to see the movie again, and again. The app provides a new way into the material - combining stills, gifs, clips with the music, a map and the words. It lets you indulge into their world and perhaps gives fans a new perspective to the story.
